                               ORDINANCE NO. 10368
                  
                  
                  AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TEN THOUSAND 
                  DOLLARS ($10,000.00) TO THE AUDUBON SOCIETY 
                  FOR REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO ROOF AND 
                  INTERIOR OF EXISTING BUILDINGS AT AUDUBON 
                  ACRES AT 900 NORTH SANCTUARY ROAD IN EAST 
                  BRAINERD.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  The sum of $10,000.00 be appropriated from 
       the Contingency Fund to the Audubon Society for repairs and 
       improvements to the roof and interior of existing buildings at 
       Audubon Acres at 900 North Sanctuary Road in East Brainerd.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect two (2) 
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
